In a shaker, pour in the Suze, sugar syrup, lemon juice, and egg white. Shaker without ice then with ice until foam appears.

of Suze Aromatic Bitter
50 ml
of Gin
25 ml
of Vermouth
5 ml
de Maraschino Liquor
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, then pour the ingredients, stir, then filter through a refreshed cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest

of Suze red aromatic bitters
50 ml
of Cognac
5 ml
of Pernod absinthe
Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour Pernod Absinthe. In another glass soak the sugar with the Red aromatic bitters and crush it with a pestle.
Add cognac and stir with ice. Remove the ice from the original glass and then filter the cocktail in this ice-cold glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

THE RECIPE
In a glass filled with a few ice cubes, pour in the ingredients.
Complete with sparkling water.
Stir with a mixing spoon.

Directly into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, pour in the Suze, add the Lillet and gin. Decorate with a zest of grapefruit.
